I'm Erik, licensed owner and operator of Exterior House Wash. I was born in Hamden, CT  and here I've stayed with my wife, our children, and many extended family members. 

I received my Business/Finance degree from UCONN, working my way through school with my painting and pressure washing businesses. At 24, I purchased my first home, a multi-family property that needed lots of work. I've since purchased many other properties that I renovate, manage and rigorously maintain. I have also worked as a professional property manager.
